This inexpensive meal is deceptively delicious, despite the few ingredients it contains. Indeed, this three-ingredient dinner tastes like you actually spent time in the kitchen preparing it!
To make crock pot beef stroganoff, place one to two large cans of Campbell’s Cream of Mushroom soup in the bottom of a crock pot. Add an inexpensive slice of beef that will break down with slow cooking. Push the meat down to the middle of the soup. Cover and place on low for about six hours.
Take out the beef and shred it, placing it back in to the soup. Boil egg noodles until they are al dente and add them to the mix. And that’s it!
